Annette M. Gelbach, CCIM
Principal, REALTOR


Annette is exclusively a buyer and tenant representation specialist.  Her experience in commercial real estate began in 1988 and by 1997 Annette had formed her own company, Gelbach Commercial Real Estate.  Annette’s approach to working with clients is thorough and thoughtful.  Years of understanding the market from the tenant and buyer perspective give her an edge when guiding and negotiating on behalf of her clients. 

Her client list is extensive, and ranges from small local companies to large international firms, with her professional expertise benefiting them in leasing, purchasing, lease renewal and build-to-suit transactions.  She is fluent in office space and retail space as well as land, industrial and flex properties.  Referrals and repeat business are the signs of a great real estate professional, and Annette ranks high in that category. 

In 1999 Annette earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM designation) demonstrating her ability to perform in-depth financial analysis of investment options.  She has also been an active member and President of the Madison Area Commercial Brokers Group, President and Officer of the Wisconsin CCIM Chapter, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, a member and Director of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, and a member of Civitas.

 

Deborah F. Ersland
Principal, REALTOR


In 1992, Deborah founded her own firm, Best Real Estate Group, Inc., a commercial real estate firm working for, or representing property owners, developers, investors, tenants, corporations, and communities.  Her goal has always been to provide a personal, practical, timely and fiscally responsible solution to each client’s real estate needs.  This is accomplished by creating a plan of action that is developed from a thorough assessment of the client’s current situation and their future needs and goals. 

Deborah has more than 33 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, project analysis, historic renovation, project development, site-selection, project design, leasing, and property management.  Her product experience ranges from hotels, free-standing retail, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, waterfront townhomes, and elderly and family housing.

She has also provided downtown revitalization and market analysis services to communities and neighborhood districts.  Since 1988, she has taught a seminar, “Business Recruitment: A Practical Approach”, assisting communities in formulating a successful volunteer based business recruitment program.   

Deborah is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin and the Madison Area Commercial Brokers Group. 

 

Aimee Bauman, CCIM, CPA
Principal, REALTOR


Aimee brings an amazing background in financial analysis to each of her clients and the firm.  Every commercial real estate deal is rooted in the financial needs or criteria of the tenant, landlord, buyer or seller.  Aimee’s skills in the analysis of existing conditions, project budgeting, forecasting and project proformas, financing requirements, operating results and investment rate of returns, guarantee her clients the highest level of evaluation before action. 

Previously, Aimee was the Director of Investment Finance for a real estate development and management company.   Her knowledge base provided a vital resource to new development/redevelopment projects, strategic planning for acquisitions, as well as financing options.    

Aimee’s work now includes landlord representation, owner representation, and buyer / tenant representation.  She also heads up the Key Commercial Management division, which handles the day-to-day property management of commercial real estate in Wisconsin.    

Aimee is a member of the CCIM Institute, WI Chapter of CCIM’s,  WICPA, National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin and the Madison Area Commercial Brokers Group.

 

Kristen Fish, CEcD
REALTOR

Kristen Fish brings a terrific background in Economic Development to the world of commercial real estate.  She has 20 years of direct experience leading the business development efforts of a small municipality, and working in the media and manufacturing sectors.  She has managed all aspects of a business development program, including business recruitment, business retention, entrepreneurial programming, marketing, loan fund management and deal structuring.  She managed the land sale and development in the City of Wausau’s 400+ acre industrial park, including a recent $30 million private corporate headquarters/manufacturing development. 

Kristen has also managed a municipal Tax Increment Financing program, creating and amending several TIF districts.  She has several years of direct experience recruiting retail, manufacturing, medical, commercial and service related business, applying available incentives and structuring deals to maximize benefit opportunities, create jobs and generate property tax revenue.  Because of her municipal experience, she understands the governmental approval process and politics, and can apply that knowledge for the benefit of investors and developers. 

Ms. Fish is a member and past President of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association, a member and Board Member of the International Economic Development Council, and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) through the International Economic Development Association.

 

Jenny Lisak, CCIM
REALTOR

Jenny Lisak has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate providing a comprehensive foundation from which to serve her clients.  Jenny’s decade of direct industry experience provides a thorough knowledge of brokerage, leasing, property management, development and investment analysis.  This provides the ideal platform to create client-specific solutions to form long term relationships. 

Jenny’s commercial real estate career began in the property management field where she was responsible for nearly 800,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial properties throughout the state of Wisconsin.  From there, Jenny quickly progressed into the leasing, brokerage and development arenas.  This experience culminated with a Vice President of Development position. In that role, Jenny was responsible for negotiation of acquisitions, project underwriting, securing debt financing and build to suit projects.  Jenny was able to grow the company’s investment portfolio by over 25% in two years with the successful completion of over $30,000,000 of new acquisition and development projects. 

Jenny’s current role with Key Commercial Real Estate fosters her wide skill set in commercial real estate.  She performs the full spectrum of property management, consulting, leasing and brokerage services, with an emphasis in investment real estate.  

Jenny currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the Board of Directors for the Madison area Commercial Brokers Group, is a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, CARW (Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and the National Association of Realtors.  Jenny has been licensed in real estate since 2004 and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

 

Mallory Rekoske
REALTOR

Prior to Key Commercial, Mallory worked as the development assistant for a Madison-based commercial real estate investment firm.  In this position, she played a prominent role in the acquisition and development of retail, office and industrial real estate.  Additionally, Mallory was responsible for market research and site analysis for build-to-suit clients, creation of investment prospectuses used to secure equity and the overall coordination of the acquisition process.  Mallory’s contribution to her department is well documented, as the company’s portfolio grew in excess of $30,000,000 during her tenure.

Mallory is a graduate of Edgewood College with a degree in Business Administration and has a Real Estate Associate Degree from Madison College. She is a licensed broker in Wisconsin and an active member of Madison's Commercial Brokers Group.

In her current role as the Real Estate Project Manager, Mallory will apply her comprehensive knowledge of acquisitions, build-to-suits, site analysis and market research to all facets of Key Commercial's services including leasing, brokerage, marketing and development.
