Key Commercial Real Estate was engaged by the University of Wisconsin Credit Union (UWCU) to conduct a comprehensive real estate analysis for future expansion strategies.  UWCU was interested in analyzing and comparing multiple options including expansion of their existing building, land site and existing building options for relocating their headquarters, and options for maintaining the existing headquarters but securing a second site in relative close proximity.

To help UWCU make a decision on their optimal long term real estate strategy, Key Commercial Real Estate provided in-depth financial analysis of the existing building value to use as a benchmark for each of the above listed scenarios.  Key Commercial was then able to compare and contrast the financial impact of each of the scenarios based on existing market conditions.  Ultimately, UWCU determined that purchasing a second site for future expansion best met their financial and subjective goals.  As a result, Key Commercial was able to locate and negotiate a purchase contract for the ideal second building for UWCU.
